Maggie and Jason’s wedding day felt warm in every sense of the word, literally and emotionally. It was a hot October day in Glendale, the kind where the sun hangs around and everything feels golden.
Their ceremony took place at the Shoseian Teahouse and Garden in Brand Park, tucked away in greenery and quiet paths that made the whole moment feel intimate and grounded. Surrounded by family and close friends, they exchanged vows in a space that felt calm, personal, and full of meaning.
After the ceremony, we explored the garden and teahouse grounds for family photos and portraits. The mix of shade, textured greenery, and that bright October light gave everything a natural, timeless feel. Nothing forced, just real moments unfolding.
The celebration continued at the Glendale Adult Recreation Center, where the energy shifted into full celebration mode. Heartfelt toasts, big hugs, and a dance floor that stayed busy. The perfect ending to a day that was all about connection.
